Video Fun =]

UPDATED!
Like I promised in the last blog, we tried out a cool little idea with one of those action cams (Oregon ATC3K for those who are interested in how it performs) and here's the output.

It turned out REALLY well, so I'm hoping we can try it again. The previous version did have a trial bar across the middle, but I have since had that removed.
Anyway, all comments and ideas welcome.

Brand new blog, brand new ideas

Hey =]
It was about time we joined the ranks of the blogging masses. Now, originally, we thought "what the hell is there to talk about? We are just a lowly Jujitsu club."
This was until we realised that we had a video camera or 2 at our disposal.
I have been talking to various people within the club and we have spawned a bunch of ideas we wanna try out. The first should be appearing wednesday. So, you know, come back then.

In the mean time, I have a question I wanna pose. We try and teach some self defence ideas and solutions in our main training program, but there are SO many situations. Therefore, what kind of scenarios would you like to see us defend? I'm just interested to see if we can do it.

The Rules:
- Make sure the idea is feasible. We aren't rich enough to purchase airguns, and pole vaults won't fit in the room.
- We don't claim we're the be all and end all of martial arts, so we won't lie to you. If we can't defend it, you'll find out.
- More "real" situations are preferred, but out of the ordinary ideas are welcome. Lunatic with stapler is a real office concern.
- This will not be an instructional series. We will not be talking you through it.

Anyway, comment below any ideas you have and we'll see what we can do.
